IS. THIS. FOR. REAL.

Saturday morning, I’m home for Rakshabndhan (if you have no idea what that means, check out this previous post), I switch on my mobile packet data and suddenly my Whatsapp is flooded with “Heyyy! Congratulations!” or “Girl, whoooaa! Partyyyy” and I’m like:

Then as I regained my composure and started going through the messages one by one, I realized that I HAD CLEARED THE INTERVIEW and I am now the Joint Secretary of I-Tech, the Technical club of my college (Ahem, brushes off her shoulder 😉 ) I mean I had people telling me that I was selected since the day the interview happened, but so much has gone wrong with me in the recent past, that I’m scared to be happy now, unless I’m dead sure of it. So, I was just waiting for the formal announcement before I could go off to party! 😀

Since then, life has become even more busier, faster, restless, and CRAZIER. Half the time, I’ve no idea where I am or what I’m supposed to do! But I’m loving the rush, the name, the responsibility, the faces, everything! I’ve been missing a lot of classes lately, as I speculated, sometimes the entire day. But, all thanks to these two idiots I have, Sakshi and Shalini ❤ , not only all my notes are complete, my assignments are submitted on time and I’m updated with all the lectures! (I know I sound like a little schoolgirl 😛 )

On the not-so-brighter-side, I don’t get time for my blog, my much awaited trip to Nainital (Uttarakhand, India) just got cancelled due to certain circumstances, I’m suddenly homesick, exams are approaching, our department has this big conference in a few weeks and I haven’t submitted my abstract yet, and I have a bucket full of laundry staring at me right now!
